PLAYFIELD FIELD NOTES
A memory game that rewards a repeatable scan instead of random flipping.
Memory Pairs keeps the board small enough for a player to form a route through it. The interesting choice is where to spend attention: a known pair is useful, but a near match can become the key to the next turn.
Players who like short concentration rounds with a local best result.
Use the same visual sweep after each turn; consistency creates more memory than speed does.
The original pack exposes keyboard focus and touch actions, and the shell keeps a result locally without an account.
First-party note: this game is authored in the Playfield codebase, runs locally, and does not load a provider game binary.
